Qvik’s story began back in 2008. The world was on the cusp of a technological revolution, as the first true smartphones started to emerge. For our founders – Lari, Tuukka, and Elias – this wasn’t just another tech trend. They saw mobile and wearable technology as the key to forever changing how we connect and experience life.
18 years later, Qvik has helped numerous companies to bring their ideas to life. Today, we’re home to over 150 talented professionals in Northern Europe and a proud technology partner to some of the most recognized consumer brands in the Nordics. Everyone sharing the same ambition: to create digital products that succeed.

Founded in Finland, two brands operate under Qvik Group: Qvik in Finland and qte development in Sweden. The impact extends beyond borders, with clients and colleagues across Northern Europe. Qvik Group is backed by a Finnish private equity investor Bocap. Some of our clients include Savings Bank, Posti, Electrolux, Suunto and Koenigsegg.

In Grand One 2018, we won Best Mobile Service for Aurinkomatkat and got an honorary mention for Bolt.works – and Aurinkomatkat for Best Webshop.
In Grand One 2017, we got an honorary mention for Best UX design with Sanoma's HS.fi news service.
In Grand One 2016, we got an honorary mention for Most innovative service with Kindiedays.
In Red Dot awards 2016, Kindiedays won an honorary mention for Most innovative service.
In 2015, Yle's Uutisvahti won two categories, and we got an honorary mention for Best UX Design with Slush.
